BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:

Please telephone 01603 425989 or call in to reception to book an appointment.  Our telephone lines open at 8.00 am.   The Doctors provide same day, pre-bookable and follow up appointments.   The Doctors and the Minor Illness Nurse provide a 'same day' service for medical problems that need to be seen quickly.  Please telephone in the morning to make an appointment for the same day.

Pre-bookable appointments are available up to 6 weeks in advance.  These are intended for non-urgent medical problems, or long-term complicated health issues or mental health problems.   Where possible you will be booked in with the Doctor of your choice.

If you do not need to see the Doctor or Nurse face-to-face or if there are no appointments left but you feel you need to talk to the Doctor, you can ask for a 'Telephone Consultation'.
